
Naps get a bad rap. And I’m not talking about toddlers who fight you tooth & nail when it’s time for some daytime shut eye. People who nap are seen as slacking, or lacking. And sure. Not all of us have time for a nap. But if you’ve got the free time, you might want to consider a little shut eye. Not just to grab back a few minutes of lost overnight sleep.
