We’re all creatures of habit. Some good. Some, not so much. But most of us are aware enough to know one from the other. Even if we feel powerless sometimes to stop a bad habit, or start a good one.
For some it’s smoking. Others, a daily cocktail. And starting a good habit isn’t so easy, even if we know it’s the right thing.
I had a friend once who desperately wanted to quit smoking. And he certainly knew it was the right thing to do. But he didn’t think he was up to the task. So I shared with him a little trick that I learned from someone who did quit successfully.
